Financial markets are constantly evolving, and more and more digital, which is affecting many dimensions of financial investment, financial risk management, and financial decision making. In very complex and volatility financial markets with much data involved, it is not easy to model the classic approach of financial risk assessment. AI, ML, and Big Data Analytics are some of the most powerful technologies capable of transforming predictive Modeling, financial portfolio optimization, and financial risk reduction. The purpose of the investigation is to analyse the status quo of financial risk management by applying artificial intelligence and present a financial risk management model based on predictive artificial intelligence for sustainable investment decisions. It brings all the market data, behavioural finance metrics, machine learning models and risk analysis tools together in real time, making informed investment decisions easier. The study presents a comprehensive architecture suggested from existing literature to improve the financial stability of the digital markets, reduce investor uncertainty, and promote sustainable financial growth.
