Peer Review Policy
The International Journal of Mathematical Computing and Systems Management (IJMCSM) follows a double-blind peer-review process designed to ensure objective, fair, and scholarly evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
Under the double-blind review system, the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential during the review process. Submitted manuscripts are initially examined by the editorial team for relevance to the journal's scope, originality, basic scholarly quality, and compliance with submission requirements.
Manuscripts that satisfy the initial editorial assessment are forwarded to qualified reviewers with appropriate subject expertise. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on factors including originality, research significance, methodological soundness, theoretical contribution, technical quality, clarity of presentation, validity of analysis, relevance to the journal's scope, and overall scholarly contribution.
Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the editorial assessment, a manuscript may be accepted, accepted subject to revision, returned for major revision, or rejected.
The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief or authorized editorial authority. The journal reserves the right to request revisions when necessary to ensure academic quality and research integrity.
